Anna Kendrick - Cups (Pitch Perfect's "When I'm Gone")

I
choose this video by Anna Kendrick – Cups (“When I’m Gone”) because really liked
the way they corporate the restaurant and customers to the video showing how
they are going to missed the main actress in the video.  The noise of the bell at the beginning and at
the end of the video has a really important meaning because it’s letting know
the rest of the people when the actress walk-in and walk-out the building,
showing that she is gone.  Another element
was used in the video was foreshadowed they used type of suspense when the
actress it’s just looking at the chef in the kitchen not know that was next.  There were different type of angles used in
the video from different directions and as well form the ceiling describing all
the actors and the full restaurant.  I really
like the way the camera followed the actress in many different angles from
front and back as well following her as she walks. Another element was use
there are a lot of medium and extreme close up shots showing very close up
details of the actors. At the end there were a lot of noises corporate in the
video not just the doorbell but the sound of the cups and the timer showing time

  1. The narrative opening is long and the transition to the song is so smooth and natural with the clap and cups that is then used throughout the video. Really cool.
